Datacenter Engineer

Responsibilities:  Effectively analyze and resolve customer data center issues. Provide resolution on a broad product set using previous and ongoing experience. Analyze, identify, and correct problems that result in network or system outages, including LAN, WAN, hardware failures and product defects. Major Duties include: day-to-day systems/network support, hardware setup, configuration and administration of UNIX, Linux and Windows server/client installations and VMWare, Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC) in situations where backup is needed, hardware setup, configuration, and administration of EMC storage solutions (VNX and CX) as well as Fiber Switches, Active Directory administration and configuration, act as a Member of a Ticket Queue System to Address/Resolve Support Requests, Root Cause Analysis, adherence to Network Protocols/Standards/Data Privacy Laws, etc.

Minimum/General Experience:  Ten (10) years

Minimum Education:  B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering


Network & Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:  Configure Windows and UNIX Servers to maintain, manage, and monitor report security and system events, including the installation of Snare Agents on Windows Systems. Deploy, maintain, monitor and support all Windows and/or UNIX infrastructure-related activities of the organization. Work closely with other departments to identify, recommend, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions in a project oriented environment. Major Duties include: Administer/Design/Architect Windows and UNIX Servers Environments, Design/Deploy/Monitor/Maintain/Develop/Upgrade/Support of all Windows and UNIX/Linux Servers/Hardware/Software/Peripherals, Design/Deploy/Monitor/Maintain/Develop/Upgrade/Support of all VMware Systems, Benchmark/Analyze/Report on the Windows and VMware Infrastructure/Systems, practice Asset Management for Windows Hardware/Software/Equipment, ensure that Asset Management Policies are adhered to by the Team, Infrastructure Planning/Performance Monitoring/Development, provide in-depth product support for Enterprise customers using Project Management Principles/Practice.

Minimum/General Experience:  Ten (10) years

Minimum Education:  B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering


CAD Technician

Responsibilities: Design and development of products and components utilizing 3D CAD modeling techniques.  Complete all CAD work required to process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) including 3D model creation / modification and any 2D drawing creation / modification that may be required. Ensure adherence to all CAD and drafting standards.  Distribute as required, engineering documentation, ECNs, drawings, and/or specifications electronically or by paper.  Develop drawings and designs for equipment specifications, engineering notes, sketches and/or existing drawings to ensure they meet applicable standards.  Prepare design layouts of equipment to meet required specifications; create complex assembly, outline, align, detail and other required drawings and bills of materials. Prepare tolerance stack-ups and establish fits and tolerances consistent with sound design practice and engineering standards. Analyze design for conformity to standard industry and engineering department practices.

Minimum/General ExperienceFive (5) years with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks

Minimum EducationAssociate’s Degree in Engineering or High School and a Certificate in CAD Design from an accredited technical institute
